Postbank Housing Co-operative Society (PBHCS) was established in August 2013 through a resolution of Postbank Sacco Society Ltd during its Annual General Meeting at African Nazarene Hall. Operations officially began in January 2015 with a few pioneer members.

What are the benefits of becoming a PBHCS member?

Members enjoy subsidized prices for plots and other products, priority access to projects, secure investments with proper due diligence, and value-added amenities such as roads, title deeds, and utilities.

How do I pay for my PBHCS 300 shares?

You may pay upfront in full or in installments spread over a maximum of 24 months.

Do you pay dividends?

Yes. Dividends are paid annually after the AGM, depending on the Society’s financial performance.

Must I be a Postbank Sacco member to join PBHCS?

Not necessarily. However, Sacco membership can help you access financing for PBHCS investments.

Do you offer loans?

No. PBHCS is purely an investment co-operative. Our mandate is to identify and provide affordable investment opportunities for members.
